We had a great stay at this apartment! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Its location just off the main boulevard meant it was peaceful and less crowded than the city center, yet still conveniently close to everything. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to reply to any questions we had. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

very comfortable and clean space for what we paid! The walk is about 30 minutes into the old town and about a 4 Euro Uber ride which we didn't mind. The balcony was a very nice and relaxing environment, we went to watch the basketball games at the nearby sports complex and there were convenience stores nearby as well as a coffee shop.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren kurztrip in Zadar. Als man in die Wohnung reinkam, hat es direkt sehr gut gerochen und war äußerst sauber-selten so gesehen bei airbnbs. Zudem war die Kommunikation super und die Wohnung total gemütlich.

L’arrivée dans le bien était simple avec place de parking privative ce qui est fortement apprécié. Une machine à café Dolce Gusto est disponible pour nous les français qui sommes tant friands de notre café du matin qui a du goût contrairement aux cafés solubles… 😅 Conditions parfaites donc, pour profiter de la réserve naturelle de Plitvice située à 1h40 en voiture, du vieux centre ville situé à 10minutes ainsi que des plages situées non loin du logement.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Moderne Einrichtung mit allen Utensilien und Möbeln, die man benötigt. Vor Ankunft wurden wir von der netten Gastgeberin per Textnachrichten mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich für den Start eine große Flasche Wasser und ein Eistee sowie auf dem Esstisch eine kleine Süßigkeit und einige Bonbons, perfekt als kleine Aufmerksamkeit zu Beginn des Urlaubs 😊
Patrick was an amazing guest. He was really respectful and polite and he kept everything clean. We can recommend him to other hosts and we would be happy if he came back.

The stay at this airbnb was fantastic. The place was spacious, very clean and had everything you might need. We had a bit of trouble with finding it, as the house is not directly by the street, but its easy to access. It's a bit far from the old town of Zadar, but has shops and buses nearby. Contact with our host was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
