Our apartments are located in a beautiful tourist resort of Sabunike, Privlaka. Surrounded with natural sandy beaches up to 4.5 km long, shallow waters and quiet neighbourhood, our apartments are perfect for families with children who wish to relax and enjoy their holiday.. Description of apartment 1 bedroom for up to 2 persons (double bed) 1 living room with well equipped kitchenette, sofa bed, dining table, satellite tv 1 bathroom with shower and toilet 1 beautiful covered balcony with furniture, beach and sea view Air conditioning, satellite tv with sattelite programs, bed linen available. The guests have access to a parking space. I give my guests space but am available when needed Tourist resort Sabunike is an extremely calm and relaxing neighbourhood. Its 4.5 km long sandy beaches provide a perfect place for sunbathing and relaxing, with a steady breeze that brings the cooler air from the mountain range of Velebit. The resort itself has everything a guest could need: grocery stores, supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, gift shops, newsstand, info office, entertainment programme for children etc. The village of Privlaka itself offers a wide selection of nightclubs and bars, with even wider selection in the neighbouring villages of Vir and Nin. The city of Zadar, located in the vicinity, has a vast heritage and is ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of other smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural. Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found nearby. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water, river Zrmanja for example, ideal for rafting. The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park ''Paklenica'' offers beautiful hiking,jogging and cycling trails, as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. You can also ''follow in the footsteps'' of the movie ''Winnetou'' which was filmed in Paklenica. On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often reffered to as ''nautical paradise'' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar. In front of the house is a sandy beach 4.5 km long.

We enjoyed our stay perfectly. The apartment was prepared exactly as described and photos in the offer. Communication with Josip was smooth and pleasant. He always responded on time and was helpful. I recommend this apartment, it is a great place to relax and we really didn't miss anything there.
The apartments and holiday homes can be occupied from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure you must leave the holiday home by 10 a.m. at the latest.
The keys are handed over directly to the holiday home.
