DalmatienHaus offers various villas, apartments and holiday homes for every budget. We have personally inspected every property.
The apartments and holiday homes can be occupied from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, you must leave the holiday home by 10 a.m. at the latest.
The keys will be handed over directly at the holiday home.
Bed linen is included in all accommodations, towels are usually also available. However, we recommend bringing your own towels.
You are welcome to meet guests on the property for coffee or a barbecue. Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed.
Please check when booking whether pets are allowed in the chosen property. The dog must be declared at the time of booking.
If there are any issues during your stay, please report them directly to us. We are always available for you.
In high season, large supermarkets are open until 11 p.m. In the off-season and winter, small shops are open until 7 or 8 p.m., and large supermarkets until 9 p.m. Distances to shops can be found in the descriptions of each property.
Yes, tap water on the mainland is safe to drink. There are a few exceptions (remote houses, properties on islands, etc.) that are not connected to the local water supply. Please refer to the respective property description for more details.
Internet or Wi-Fi is available in almost all properties. For more information, please refer to the detailed description of each listing.
Croatia is a member of the EU, so an ID card or passport is sufficient for entry. Don’t forget your health insurance card or proof of international insurance. For your car, please bring the green insurance card.
A waste separation law has been announced in Croatia, but it has not yet come into force. Depending on your accommodation, we recommend checking the current local information.
You do not need a travel adapter for Croatia. The country uses plug types C and F, which are also common in Germany. The voltage is 230 volts, as in Germany.
The emergency number is 112, which you can call free of charge anywhere in case of an accident or emergency.
There are two hospitals and an emergency clinic in Zadar. Medical care is free of charge for insured EU citizens.
