Apartment Luma is a spacious family apartment in Dobropoljana with a heated private pool, beautiful sea views and a quiet setting — ideal for guests who want to enjoy relaxing days together on Pašman. The property consists of two connected apartments rented exclusively as one large unit, offering plenty of space and privacy for groups of up to ten guests.Inside, you’ll find five bedrooms and three bathrooms — perfect for large families or several couples travelling together. The two living areas are bright and comfortable with direct access outdoors, and the well-equipped kitchens make shared meals easy: full-size fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and ample tableware. Air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi ensure comfort throughout, while mosquito screens and blackout options support restful sleep. A baby cot and high chair are available.The private outdoor area includes everything needed for long summer days: heated pool with six sun loungers, spacious covered lounge area, stone barbecue, table tennis, trampoline and a well-kept garden. An outdoor shower provides refreshment after swimming, and dogs are welcome — up to two pets may stay. The nearest swimming spot is around 300 metres away, while the main beach is about 800 metres from the house.Dobropoljana is a peaceful village with authentic Dalmatian charm. A restaurant is about 850 metres away, a small supermarket around 900 metres, and with the island ferry, Zadar is an easy day trip. Pašman offers gentle bays, walking routes and a calm, family-friendly atmosphere.
