The 120 m² property is located on the island of Vir and features stunning panoramic views of the sea and the Velebit mountains. Whether you are visiting with friends, two families, or as a group, this house is an ideal base for exploring the island.
Surrounded by lush greenery, the house offers a peaceful atmosphere and plenty of space to relax. All three bedrooms are furnished with double beds and large wardrobes. The two sofa beds provide additional sleeping options, one of which is connected to a double bedroom. Both bathrooms are modern and feature walk-in showers with elegant tiling.
The spacious living area with an integrated kitchen is filled with natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that open up to breathtaking views. Light colours and a natural design create a warm and inviting ambiance.
On the terrace, you’ll find a shaded seating area under a pergola, perfect for relaxing by the large pool. Sun loungers are available for sunbathing, and a beautiful lawn with a climbing frame and swings surrounds the house, making it a great choice for families. An outdoor grill is available for preparing Dalmatian specialities and enjoying meals together in a relaxed setting. One of the highlights of the property is the magnificent panoramic view of the sea and mountains.
For your comfort, air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms as well as in the living area. Parking is available directly on the property behind the house. Dogs are welcome.
