Our holiday house is located near the village of Lozice, on the island of Vir. It's surrounded by a picturesque scenery and completely secluded. It's perfect for a calm and relaxing holiday with a typical mediterranean atmosphere.. The house is extremely spacious and luminous. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a large dining area. The living room is connected to the kitchen and the dining room, and is equipped with a satellite TV and a couch. There are two bathrooms with a washing maschine, which is at the guests disposal. Each of the 4 bedrooms have a queen sized bed and a wardrobe. The house has its own parking space and a large terrace. A secluded sandy beach is located not far from the house. The guests have access to a shared backyard with a childrens playground. I give my guests space but am available when needed The village of Lozice is one of the older villages on the island of Vir. It got its name after all the vineyards ( vine = loza, lozice=small vines) located around the village. It has a typical rural atmosphere of a mediterranean village. Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found nearby. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water, river Zrmanja for example, ideal for rafting are located around cca. 15 km from the house. The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park ''Paklenica'' (cca.km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails (over 200km long), as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. This relatively small area has an abundance of geomorphological phenomena and forms, like ‘’Manita peć’’ and ‘’Cerovačke pećine’’. You can also ''follow in the footsteps'' of the movie ''Winnetou'' which was filmed in Paklenica. On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as ''nautical paradise'' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar. Vir itself offers a wide selection of nightclubs and bars together with the neighbouring villages of Privlaka and Nin. The childrens playground is shared.

Wohnung war vollig ausreichend. BAder in guten Zustand. Leider kein Geschirrspüler, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, aber trotzdem kein Problem. Lage war super. Privatwiese und kurzer Weg zum Meer. Terrasse groß, nur es konnten bessere Stühle sein. Es waren Stapelstühle, sewhr unbequem auf dauer. Es war ein super Urlaub, die Ruhe pur. Nur der Ort Lozice war sehr langweilig.
