Our holiday home accommodates 8 guests and features three spacious and comfortable bedrooms with the option of two additional beds, a panoramic view of the stunning Adriatic Sea, and a beautiful garden. This 175 m² accommodation, full of Mediterranean charm, is located in Ljubac. Whether you're traveling as a family or a group, our holiday home is the perfect choice for your stay. Rose is a newly renovated holiday home, set right by the sea, surrounded by lush greenery. Inside, you will find two large double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and one bedroom with two single beds. In total, the house features three modern shower bathrooms, elegantly designed with stylish tiles. The bright and spacious living area with an integrated kitchen impresses with light colors and a modern, tasteful style. The terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the blue Adriatic. Enjoy this view under the pergola on the cozy lounge furniture, or relax on the sun terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Prepare Dalmatian specialties on the large stone grill and enjoy them in good company. Another highlight is the direct beach access from the garden. For your comfort, air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the living area. Parking is available directly on the property next to the house. For the private beach area in front of the house, we offer three stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) free of charge, as well as three bicycles for small errands or leisure rides. In summary, Holiday Home Rose provides the perfect accommodation for a peaceful and relaxing vacation by the sea. Enjoy the panoramic views and the unbeatable proximity to the beach. We look forward to welcoming you to our holiday home and ensuring you have an unforgettable stay! Pets are only allowed until June 30 and from September 1 onwards. A garage and additional parking spaces in the courtyard are also available. A refundable security deposit of €300 must be paid in cash upon arrival.
