With approximately 60 m² of living space and a spacious terrace featuring a private pool, you’ll enjoy relaxing vacation days in complete privacy. The pool measures 6 x 3.5 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters and is surrounded by a privacy wall. An adjustable pergola provides pleasant shade, while comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, pool toys, a badminton set, and a foosball table ensure entertainment for all ages. The holiday home features two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, individual air conditioning, a smart TV, and a desk. The master bedroom also includes an en suite bathroom with a shower. In the living area, you’ll find a large, cozy sofa bed for two additional guests, a smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix, a PlayStation 4 with four games, and a dining table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, and an ice cube maker. Right next to the terrace, there’s a convenient outdoor grill station with a water connection – perfect for relaxed evenings under the stars. From the accessible balcony on the upper floor, you can enjoy a stunning sea view.
