If you are looking for a comfortable apartment directly by the beach, with beautiful sea view and large spacious yard our apartment is the perfect place for you. Apartment "Laura" is 73m2 large and have comfortable and spacious rooms for seven people. Apartment have well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle., 2 bedrooms, a living area with sofa, a covered furnished balcony and garden. It has access to a large and sunny terrace that has a view to the yard and beautiful sea view. The first bedrooms have double bed and one single bed, second bedroom have one double bed. In just a few steps you are on the beach... The guests can access the grill and the children's playground in the garden. The guests have their own privacy but someone is available should they need anything. Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found nearby. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water, river Zrmanja (10-15km) for example, ideal for rafting are located around cca. 15 km from the house. The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park ''Paklenica'' (cca. 17 km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails (over 200km long), as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. This relatively small area has an abundance of geomorphological phenomena and forms, like ‘’Manita peć’’ and ‘’Cerovačke pećine’’. You can also ''follow in the footsteps'' of the movie ''Winnetou'' which was filmed in Paklenica. On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as ''nautical paradise'' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar. The city of Starigrad (15km) has a rich history dating to the pre-roman era. It was built on the remains of the ancient city of Argyruntum. Numerous excavation sites tell the stories of the culture that used to live on this area. From various objects from Paleolithic age found in the caves of mount Velebit, to massive city walls and unique tombstones of the Roman era, this city has a lot to offer to both the curious and the adventurous. The city of Zadar, located in the vicinity, has a vast heritage and is ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of other smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural. The city of Zadar (30km) has a vast and rich heritage, most of which dates back to the Roman Empire. The Old Town of Zadar was modeled on a typical roman city structure, built around the city square called the Forum and the church of st. Donat. There are also a couple of famous modern-day monuments like the award winning Sea Organs, or the ‘’Monument to the Sun’’. The city of Zadar is the cultural center of the region, so there are always numerous manifestations and events for you to enjoy. Der Hof verfügt außerdem über eine außendusche, Liegestühle und einen Tisch mit Stühlen, sodass wir uns im Haus entspannen konnten. Die Wohnung beherbergte unsere zwei Familien mit Kindern und einem kleinen Hund. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Im Dorf konnen Sie EinkAufe erledigen und es gibt auch einen BAcker. Eine tolle attraktion für Kinder, etwa 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt, es gibt eine Hüpfburg auf dem Wasser und Restaurants in der NAhe. Wir freuen uns sehr. Toller Gastgeber. Danke)
