Our apartments are located in Rovanjska, a small and quiet holiday resort located between the mountain range of Velebit and the Adriatic sea. It offers a unique insight into mediterranean culture due to its unusual combination of beautiful beaches on one side and mountain ranges on the other side. This comfortable apartment can accommodate 4 people. It’s extremely luminous and airy. The kitchen is decorated in a modern way and is fully equipped. The living room has an extendable sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. It’s equipped with a TV and air conditioning. The room has a king sized bed. The guests also have access to a washing machine. Guests have their own parking space. The nearest beach is 450 meters away. I give my guests space but am available when needed The city of Starigrad has a rich history dating to the pre-roman era. It was built on the remains of the ancient city of Argyruntum. Numerous excavation sites tell the stories of the culture that used to live on this area. From various objects from paleolithic age found in the caves of mount Velebit, to massive city walls and unique tombstones of the Roman era, this city has a lot to offer to both the curious and the adventurous. The city of Zadar, located in the vicinity, has a vast heritage and is ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of other smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural. Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found nearby. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water, river Zrmanja for example, ideal for rafting are located around cca. 15 km from the house. The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park ''Paklenica'' (cca.km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails (over 200km long), as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. This relatively small area has an abundance of geomorphological phenomena and forms, like ‘’Manita peć’’ and ‘’Cerovačke pećine’’. You can also ''follow in the footsteps'' of the movie ''Winnetou'' which was filmed in Paklenica. On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as ''nautical paradise'' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar. Wifi internet, air - conditioning, bed sheets, towels, dishwasher, washing machine, tourist tax, parking space, barbecue, final cleaning - included in price. IMPORTANT :) Traveling with pets: Guests who will bring pets with them, will have to pay an extra 5€ pet fee per day.

We had an amazing stay in Josip's place. They were very friendly and welcoming. when we arrived , we were late in the night, still Marina was reachable and sent her husband to help us. The house is amazing and it has breathtaking view to the sea . it is very modern with spacious bedroom, cute kitchen and very nice bathroom. it also has good garden infront which was good for our kids (3 year old and 1 year old) to play. we highly recommend Josip's place and would definitely visit again if we come to Zadar area.

Zeer mooi verblijf op een mooie locatie op wandelafstand van de zee. Het huis is heel mooi ingericht. Niet ver van winkel en resto. Op de dijk zijn twee drankgelegenheden. Het uitzicht is er prachtig.
Wir waren 10 Tage mit unserer Hündin hier. Es war wunderbar. Sehr hundefreundlich, sehr schönes Appartement, tolle Terrasse, schöner Garten , tolle Gegend. Für größere Kinder gibt es ein Fußballfeld für kleinere Kinder einen Spielplatz , beides ganz nah am Appartement. Das Meer ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt auch ein paar kleine Bäume am Strand die Schatten spenden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Urlaub war super schön🙋🏻♀️🙂

We really liked the accommodation; it was very clean and spacious. There were even drinks in the fridge, so we didnt lack anything. A large bathroom and a great terrace with a sea view—what more could you want? Marina gave us a very warm welcome.

We had a great stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. The town is within walking distance. There are also restaurants within walking distance. Ample parking is available at the bottom of the property. And the sunset is absolutely beautiful every evening!

The apartment is beautifully situated on the hillside above Rovanjska, offering a perfect view of the bay and the sunset. The garden and terrace offer ample space to sunbathe on the provided loungers, and theres also plenty of shade under the pergola with seating and the balcony of the apartment above. The apartment itself is a perfect size; the kitchen is well-equipped, and in addition to the kitchen-living room, bedroom with a double and single bed, and bathroom, theres a large storage room. The hillside location keeps the apartment nice and cool. Theres a large grill behind the house. The beach with a bar and restaurant is a 5-10-minute walk away. The location is also ideal for excursions to the surrounding area, such as Paklenica, the island of Pag, Tulove grede, etc. We stayed here for 10 days and can definitely recommend the accommodation!

The four of us spent Easter in the holiday apartment. The owner was very friendly and provided quick and competent advice when we had questions. It was a real treat for our Rosie (a Belgian Shepherd), as the garden is fenced and we could simply let her out from the front door onto the terrace. The kitchen has everything we need (salt, sugar, coffee, etc.). Its about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, but in the off-season, thats not so important for us. Highly recommended! All in all, a great weekend :)

A super nice vacation. The view was simply breathtaking. The beach was easy to reach on foot. However, you should be aware of the elevation gain. The walk to the apartment is a good substitute for exercise (uphill) – but absolutely doable and worth it!

Extraordinary accommodation, the view from the garden is even more beautiful than in the photos, the bed is large (180) and comfortable. In addition, the location is perfect for visiting Plitvice, Paklenica, Krka or Zadar while having a certain tranquility. The message relationship was quick throughout our stay to help and advise us. An independent arrival is possible but someone was there when we arrived, even though it was late, which we really appreciated. Thank you again for everything

We loved how clean and modern the apartment was, including a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and even an anti-mosquito plug. There are even two grills and charcoal for grilling. The view from the terrace during breakfast/dinner is, of course, unique! Dogs are also allowed, which is why we decided to do this :)

We were delighted with the tasteful apartment and garden. Theres even a washing machine. In the evening, you could watch the sunset over the bay from the terrace.

Ideal location on the hill, a 5-minute walk from the marina and 10 minutes from the first beach. The apartment is spotlessly clean, equipped with all the amenities. The apartment was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable (we slept wonderfully), the rooms are large and modernly furnished. The view of the bay was spectacular, and there was a pleasant breeze in the evening. The outdoor gazebo was very well done and well-used. A 5-minute walk away are 2 excellent restaurants and 2 small supermarkets with everything you need. Unfortunately, I had problems with my car, but in town, 500 meters away, I found a very good and helpful mechanic who changed the battery in 10 minutes. The apartment is also very close to the highway toll booth (2 minutes). Within half an hour, we were able to reach Zadar and many different beaches. The person was lovely, kind, and helpful with the welcome and checkout. Id say it was a great experience. (Ideal Lage auf dem HaLgel, 5 Gehminuten vom Yachthafen und 10 Gehminuten vom ersten Strand entfernt. Sehr saubere Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem Komfort. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem (wir haben sehr gut geschlafen), die Zimmer sind large and modern eingerichtet. zu Fuaź. Leider hatte ich Problem with the car, after 500 meters of damage, the battery has been replaced in 10 minutes. Die Wohnung liegt auch ganz in der NaOhe der Autobahnmautstelle (2 Min.). Innerhalb einer halben Stunde konnten wir Zadar und viele verschiedene StraOnde erreichen. Ausgezeichnete Person, freundlich und faLr den Empfang und den Check-out verfaLgbar. I want to know, a new Erfahrung.)

The apartment is at the highest point in daccrit, but it is not as bad as it is daccrit. The small garden offers a fantastic view, the apartment is in good condition, almost new. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. The accommodation was in a great location, quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, shops, and Paklenica Park. Access to Krka Park or Plitvice Lakes takes about an hour. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. I recommend it.

From booking to departure, everything went smoothly. The apartment is modern and very clean. The pool was cleaned every day, and the small beach is about a 5-minute walk away. The owners, Franka and Darko, were always available and, above all, they are very kind and welcoming people. We didnt lack for anything. The small village is quiet, away from mass tourism, exactly what we wanted. It was a wonderful vacation!

Arrival and departure were super easy. The accommodation had a fantastic view and excellent transport links. Beautiful beaches and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment was absolutely clean and very nicely furnished.

The accommodation was very clean, and everything lived up to the expectations raised by the description and pictures. The beach, supermarket, bakery, and restaurants were all within easy walking distance. The terrace is a dream; we felt very comfortable.

This accommodation is highly recommended. We had a wonderful vacation with very attentive but never intrusive hosts. Everything was super clean and beautifully furnished. The pool was maintained daily. The small beach is within walking distance and was only too crowded. Well be back.

We appreciated the quiet location and the easy walking access to the village beach. The apartment and the bedding were very comfortable. The terrace is well equipped: sofa and deckchairs. The kitchen is also very well equipped: nothing is missing.
[nbsp]apartment was sparkling clean, hostess Marina and her husband were wonderful people. We had an elderly German Shepard with bad legs and not friendly.They put together ramp for him to be able to get to the garden easier and fenced of access out for him within minutes of our arrival. We canaE™t say what it meant to us, anyone who has an elderly dog will understand! Apartment is modern and has everything including great location. Beautiful beach walking distance, great food at Bartols, supermarket ,basically everything you need. Air conditioning worked great, another feature that really helped our dog to survive hot days. Washing machine was very helpful also. We highly recommend and hope to be back. Thank you again!
JosipaE™s place is really great, nice and clean, with a nice view, parking place and easy access to Paklenica and 1h drive from Krka and Plitvice. We really enjoyed our stay there and Josip made it super easy to organize our arrival despite some last minute agenda changes on our side due to weather conditions. I definitely recommend that place!

Spent 2 weeks in JosipaE™s apartment and absolutely loved it! The village was quiet and it was exactly what we needed. The view is amazing! You just canaE™t get enough of it. Also loved the frontyard itself. Got to know the wonderful neighbours who made our stay even better.
The accommodation is very modern and stylishly furnished. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The view from the terrace is magnificent, and we were able to admire wonderful sunsets and starry skies. The very friendly neighbors occasionally gave us freshly picked grapes or figs from their garden. The location is very quiet, close to the highway, without any disturbance. There is a supermarket and several restaurants within walking distance. The beach is also quickly accessible with or without a car. Due to its proximity to Paklenica National Park, the apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes or climbing tours. Communication was seamless, and we felt completely at home.

The sunset view from the terrace will remain in our memories forever. The location is close to Zadar, Sibenik and the national parks of Paklenica, Keurk and Plitvice. Go there, you will not be disappointed.
Comfortable accommodation equipped with all the comforts. Very spacious bed and large shower. Ideal after a day at the beach. The patio is lovely, offering a beautiful sea view.

We had a lovely time in JosipaE™s home! It was immaculately clean and tidy, had a lovely terrace that looked out over the water, and had a very nice rain shower. We had everything we needed. While the town itaE™s in (Rovanjska) is a bit sleepy, we absolutely loved Starigrad-Paklenica, which is just 15 minutes away.
It is a magic place. The view is incredible, you can just sit in front of the house and look at a beautiful sea. We spent there the most wonderful holiday in our life. The house is very clean, comfortable, elegant but cosy, perfect for a family. You can find there everything what you need to feel like at your home ( a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, TV, Wi-Fi, a lot of towels, coffee, sugar, salt and many more). A surprise was waiting for us in the fridge when we came - there were a lot bottles of cold drinks. The house is in peaceful area so you could have a rest. It is close to two shops, some restaurants and the beach that is not crowded. While swimming and sunbathing you can admire beautiful mountains. We hope thet we will go back to this amazing place. [nbsp]It was the best holiday we have ever had. We will never forget it.
It was immaculately clean, modern, and very well-appointed for everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric cook-top, kettle, coffee machine, and all utensils. We were pleasantly surprised to find a generous supply of cold drinks waiting in the fridge for us. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower fantastic, and we really appreciated the washer to get some clothes clean! The large terrace was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view over the sea, and we found the location great as it was just off the motorway (but very quiet), right near Paklenica National Park (10 mins), and also an easy day trip to the amazing Plitvice Lakes National Park (1hr15). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this AirBnB, and wouldnt hesitate to come again in the future.

Very warm welcome, fresh juice during the heatwave. Very well-equipped apartment, clean and functional. The outside is even better, dining table, table for aperitifs, and sunbathing with sea view. Very quiet area, perfect for vacations.
