Our apartments are located in Rovanjska, a small and quiet holiday resort located between the mountain range of Velebit and the Adriatic sea. It offers a unique insight into mediterranean culture due to its unusual combination of beautiful beaches on one side and mountain ranges on the other side. This comfortable apartment can accommodate 4 people. It’s extremely luminous and airy. The kitchen is decorated in a modern way and is fully equipped. The living room has an extendable sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. It’s equipped with a TV and air conditioning. The room has a king sized bed. The guests also have access to a washing machine. Guests have their own parking space. The nearest beach is 450 meters away. I give my guests space but am available when needed The city of Starigrad has a rich history dating to the pre-roman era. It was built on the remains of the ancient city of Argyruntum. Numerous excavation sites tell the stories of the culture that used to live on this area. From various objects from paleolithic age found in the caves of mount Velebit, to massive city walls and unique tombstones of the Roman era, this city has a lot to offer to both the curious and the adventurous. The city of Zadar, located in the vicinity, has a vast heritage and is ideal for sightseeing, as well as a couple of other smaller towns with equally impressive heritage both cultural and architectural. Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found nearby. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water, river Zrmanja for example, ideal for rafting are located around cca. 15 km from the house. The spectacular mountain range of Velebit, protected by the National park ''Paklenica'' (cca.km) offers beautiful hiking, jogging and cycling trails (over 200km long), as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. This relatively small area has an abundance of geomorphological phenomena and forms, like ‘’Manita peć’’ and ‘’Cerovačke pećine’’. You can also ''follow in the footsteps'' of the movie ''Winnetou'' which was filmed in Paklenica. On the other side the 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often referred to as ''nautical paradise'' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar. Wifi internet, air - conditioning, bed sheets, towels, dishwasher, washing machine, tourist tax, parking space, barbecue, final cleaning - included in price. IMPORTANT :) Traveling with pets: Guests who will bring pets with them, will have to pay an extra 5€ pet fee per day.

We had an amazing stay in Josip's place. They were very friendly and welcoming. when we arrived , we were late in the night, still Marina was reachable and sent her husband to help us. The house is amazing and it has breathtaking view to the sea . it is very modern with spacious bedroom, cute kitchen and very nice bathroom. it also has good garden infront which was good for our kids (3 year old and 1 year old) to play. we highly recommend Josip's place and would definitely visit again if we come to Zadar area.

Zeer mooi verblijf op een mooie locatie op wandelafstand van de zee. Het huis is heel mooi ingericht. Niet ver van winkel en resto. Op de dijk zijn twee drankgelegenheden. Het uitzicht is er prachtig.
Wir waren 10 Tage mit unserer Hündin hier. Es war wunderbar. Sehr hundefreundlich, sehr schönes Appartement, tolle Terrasse, schöner Garten , tolle Gegend. Für größere Kinder gibt es ein Fußballfeld für kleinere Kinder einen Spielplatz , beides ganz nah am Appartement. Das Meer ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt auch ein paar kleine Bäume am Strand die Schatten spenden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Urlaub war super schön🙋🏻♀️🙂

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett und Marina selbst war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und eine wirklich sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben die Zeit bei ihr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

L’appartamento è ben organizzato e suddiviso, tutto ciò che occorre per il soggiorno è presente! La vista e il giardino/terrazza lo rendono meraviglioso, un luogo adatto ad una vacanza assolutamente rilassante. Noi abbiamo sempre cenato in terrazza con la sua splendida vista. Il paesino ha un panificio, un mini market ed alcuni ristoranti, le spiagge sono raggiungibili a pochi passi a piedi o in auto. Noi abbiamo visitato anche alcune paesi, città e spiagge vicine a massimo un’ora/30 minuti di auto, per poi ritornare nell’assoluta tranquillità dell’appartamento e della zona. L’host che ci accolto la Signora Marina è stata gentilissima, tramite il numero di telefono fornito ha sempre risposto in tempi brevissimi ad ogni mia domanda o dubbio! Assolutamente per chi ama la tranquillità! Grazie tantissimo per l’ospitalità!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Marinas Unterkunft und kommen gerne wieder. Der Blick aufs Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge waren super schön. Das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und auch sehr gut geschlafen. Von dort aus hatten wir einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und konnten jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang bestaunen. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!

We werden heel warm ontvangen. Het verblijf en de locatie waren uitstekend, met een prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Het ruime terras met loungeset en ligstoelen was heerlijk om te ontspannen, en de keuken is goed uitgerust. De omgeving is rustig en er zijn enkele gezellige cafés en restaurants in de buurt. Wij waren er met ons kleine hondje. Goed om te weten voor andere gasten met honden: de tuin is niet volledig omheind, de trap naar de straat us open. Er staan veel grasaren die snel in de vacht van onze hondje bleven hangen. Voor ons betekende dit dat ons hondje niet los in de tuin kon. Verder was het verblijf echt een aanrader!

Es ist eine kleine gemAztliche Wohnung in der alles notige vorhanden ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich 10 Minuten fuAYlAoufig vom Strand entfernt. In der NAohe gibt es auch einen kleinen Laden und 2 BAocker. Der Gastgeber war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.

[nbsp]apartment was sparkling clean, hostess Marina and her husband were wonderful people. We had an elderly German Shepard with bad legs and not friendly.They put together ramp for him to be able to get to the garden easier and fenced of access out for him within minutes of our arrival. We canaet say what it meant to us, anyone who has an elderly dog will understand! apartment is modern and has everything including great location. Beautiful beach walking distance, great food at Bartols, supermarket ,basically everything you need. air conditioning worked great, another feature that really helped our dog to survive hot days. Washing machine was very helpful also. We highly recommend and hope to be back. Thank you again!

Es freut uns dass es Euch gefallen hat im Haus Marina - schon dass wir Euch kennenlernen durften -
Posizione ideale in collina a 5 minuti a piedi dal porticciolo e a 10 dalla prima spiaggia. appartamento pulitissimo, dotato di tutte le comodití . L'appartamento era molto pulito, i letti comodissimi (abbiamo riposato egregiamente) , le stanze sono grandi ed arredate in maniera moderna. Vista spettacolare sulla baia ed alla sera una brezza piacevole. Molto ben fatto e super utilizzato il gazebo esterno. a 5 min a piedi 2 ristoranti ottimi e 2 supermercati piccoli ma con tutto il necessario. Io purtroppo ho avuto problemi con l'auto ma in paese a 500 metri ho trovato un meccanico bravissimo e super disponibile che mi ha cambiato la batteria in 10 minuti. L'appartamento í inoltre molto vicino al casello dell'autostrada (2 min ). Nel giro di mezz'ora abbiamo potuto raggiungere Zara e molte spiagge diverse. Persona squisita, gentile e disponibile per l'accoglienza ed il check out. Direi un'ottima esperienza. (Ideale Lage auf dem Hügel, 5 Gehminuten vom Yachthafen und 10 Gehminuten vom ersten Strand entfernt. Sehr saubere Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem Komfort. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem (wir haben sehr gut geschlafen), die Zimmer sind groß und modern eingerichtet. SpektakulAre aussicht auf die Bucht und eine angenehme Brise am abend. Der Outdoor-Pavillon ist sehr gut verarbeitet und super gebraucht. 2 ausgezeichnete Restaurants und 2 kleine SupermArkte mit allem, was Sie brauchen, innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Leider hatte ich Probleme mit dem auto, aber im 500 Meter entfernten Dorf habe ich einen sehr guten und super hilfsbereiten Mechaniker gefunden, der meine Batterie in 10 Minuten gewechselt hat. Die Wohnung liegt auch ganz in der NAhe der autobahnmautstelle (2 Min.). Innerhalb einer halben Stunde konnten wir Zadar und viele verschiedene StrAnde erreichen. ausgezeichnete Person, freundlich und für den Empfang und den Check-out verfügbar. Ich würde sagen, eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung.)

It was immaculately clean, modern, and very well-appointed for everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric cook-top, kettle, coffee machine, and all utensils. We were pleasantly surprised to find a generous supply of cold drinks waiting in the fridge for us. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower fantastic, and we really appreciated the washer to get some clothes clean! The large terrace was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view over the sea, and we found the location great as it was just off the motorway (but very quiet), right near Paklenica National Park (10 mins), and also an easy day trip to the amazing Plitvice Lakes National Park (1hr15). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this airBnB, and wouldn't hesitate to come again in the future.

Wir waren von der geschmackvollen Wohnung und Garten begeistert. Selbst eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. am abend konnte man auf der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang in der Bucht beobachten.

The house is very nice with the beautiful view on the sea. Kitchen is well equipped and you may cook various tasty meals. Josip was very hospital and helped us with any problems.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und herzlich. Unterkunft in einer großartigen Lage, ruhige Nachbarschaft, nahe am Strand, GeschAft, Paklenica Park. Der Zugang zum Park Krka oder den Plitvicer Seen dauert ca. 1 Stunde. Innen sehr saubere, voll ausgestattete Wohnung. ich empfehle

Spent 2 weeks in Josipaes apartment and absolutely loved it! The village was quiet and it was exactly what we needed. The view is amazing! You just canaet get enough of it. also loved the frontyard itself. Got to know the wonderful neighbours who made our stay even better.

We had a lovely time in Josipaes home! It was immaculately clean and tidy, had a lovely terrace that looked out over the water, and had a very nice rain shower. We had everything we needed. While the town itaes in (Rovanjska) is a bit sleepy, we absolutely loved Starigrad-Paklenica, which is just 15 minutes away.
Uns hat es gefallen das die Ferienwohnung sauber und modern ausgestattet ist mit Waschmaschine, spülmaschiene, wasserkocher und sogar eine anti Mückenstecker für die Steckdose. Es gibt sogar 2 Grille und Grillkohle zum Grillen. Die aussicht auf der Terrasse beim Frühstücken/ abendessen ist natürlich einmalig! auch Hunde sind erlaubt, aus diese Grund haben wir uns dafür entschieden : )

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, alles entsprach den Erwartungen, die die Beschreibung und die Bilder weckten. Strand, Supermarkt, BAcker und Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

anreise und abreise waren super unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft hatte einen tollen ausblick und eine hervorragende Verkehrsanbindung. Schone StrAnde und Restaurants sind fußlAufig zu erreichen. Das apartment war absolut sauber und wirklich sehr schon eingerichtet.

It is a magic place. The view is incredible, you can just sit in front of the house and look at a beautiful sea. We spent there the most wonderful holiday in our life. The house is very clean, comfortable, elegant but cosy, perfect for a family. You can find there everything what you need to feel like at your home ( a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, TV, Wi-Fi, a lot of towels, coffee, sugar, salt and many more). a surprise was waiting for us in the fridge when we came - there were a lot bottles of cold drinks. The house is in peaceful area so you could have a rest. It is close to two shops, some restaurants and the beach that is not crowded. While swimming and sunbathing you can admire beautiful mountains. We hope thet we will go back to this amazing place. [nbsp]It was the best holiday we have ever had. We will never forget it.

Wir haben Ostern zu viert in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sehr netter ansprechpartner und schnelle und kompetente Beratung bei Fragen. für unsere Rosie(Belgischer SchAferhund) absolute Bereicherung, da der Garten eingezAunt ist und man das Tierchen einfach von der Haustür über die Terrasse in den Garten lassen konnte. In der Küche alles vorhanden, was man so braucht (Salz, Zucker, Kaffee...) Zum Strand sind es zwar ca. 10-15min , aber in der Nebensaison für uns ja nicht sooo wichtig. Totale Empfehlung! In allem für ein Wochenende super :)

GerAumige Wohnung mit einer schonen Terrasse für die schonen Tage, schone aussicht auf die Küste. Josip war ein hilfsbereiter Gastgeber für jeden Bedarf und sehr entgegenkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen, um den Teil Kroatiens abseits des Massentourismus zu erkunden, gleichzeitig ist das Haus 20 Minuten von Zadar entfernt.

it is an optimal place to chill out. It is also very private in a calm neighborhood, and you are protected from view... the kitchen was well-equipped (a microwave would be desirable), and everything neat and clean.

logement extraordinaire, la vue du jardin est encore plus belle que sur les photos, le lit est grand (180) et confortable. de plus l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter plitvice, paklenica, krka ou zadar tout en ayant une certaine tranquillite. La relation par message a ete rapide durant tout notre sejour pour noud aider et nous conseiller. une arrivee est possible en autonomie mais quelqu'un etait la a notre arrivee pourtant tardive ce que nous avons bien apprecie. merci encore pour tout

Tre bonne accueil, jus frais en periode de canicule. appartement tre bien equipe, propre et fonctionnel. L'exterieur est encore mieux, table pour manger, table pour l'apero, et bain de soleil avec vue sur mer. Quartier tre calme au top pour les vacances

L'appartement est en tout point comme decrit, mí?me sans doute mieux qu'il est decrit. Le petit jardin offre une vue fantastique, laeappartement est vraiment en tre bon etat, quasiment neuf. Vraiment un excellent emplacement. Josip est tre attentionne, il nous a gratifiee d'un petit cadeau de bienvenu tre tre apprecie. (Die Wohnung ist in jeder Hinsicht wie beschrieben, wahrscheinlich sogar besser als beschrieben. Der kleine Garten bietet einen fantastischen ausblick, die Wohnung ist wirklich in einem sehr guten Zustand, fast neu. Wirklich tolle Lage. Josip ist sehr aufmerksam, er hat uns ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk überreicht, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben.)

Josipaes place is really great, nice and clean, with a nice view, parking place and easy access to Paklenica and 1h drive from Krka and Plitvice. We really enjoyed our stay there and Josip made it super easy to organize our arrival despite some last minute agenda changes on our side due to weather conditions. I definitely recommend that place!

Le logement est exactement comme sur les photos avec une vue sublime, tre reposant! Nous avons loger chez Josip avec 2 enfants en bas í?ge. Je recommande! Marina est tre reactif et disponible en cas de besoin. PS : La literie est genial (Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Fotos mit einer grandiosen aussicht, sehr entspannend! Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Josip. Ich empfehle! Marina ist sehr reaktionsschnell und bei Bedarf verfügbar. PS: Die BettwAsche ist großartig)

Super schoner Urlaub. Die aussicht war einfach atemberaubend. Der Strand war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man sollte jedoch die Hohenmeter beachten. Der Weg zum apartment ist ein guter Sportersatz (bergauf) ? aber absolut machbar und es lohnt sich!

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. alles war sehr sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist großartig und wir haben wunderbare SonnenuntergAnge und Sternenhimmel bewundern konnen. Von der sehr netten Nachbarschaft bekamen wir auch gelegentlich frisch gepflückte Weintrauben oder Feigen aus dem Garten. Der Ort liegt sehr ruhig in der NAhe der autobahn, ohne dass man dadurch gestort wird. Es existieren ein Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants fußlAufig. Der Strand ist ebenfalls schnell mit oder ohne auto zu erreichen. Durch die NAhe zum Nationalpark Paklenica ist die Wohnung ein idealer ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Klettertouren. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und wir haben uns rundum Wohlgefühlt."

Sehr sauberes kleines apartment, kann man nur empfehlen. Wenn man abschalten und die Ruhe vom alltag genießen will.

Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft am Hang über Rovanjska, wodurch man einen perfekten Blick auf die Bucht und den Sonnenuntergang hat. auf Garten und Terrasse findet man ausreichend platz um sich in den bereitgestellten liegen zu sonnen, unter der Pergola mit Sitzgarnitur und dem Balkon der darüberliegenden Wohnung findet man jedoch auch ausreichend Schatten. Die Wohnung an sich hat eine perfekte Große, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, neben Wohn-Küche, Schlafzimmer mit Doppel- und Einzelbett und Bad gibt es einen großen abstellraum. Durch die Hanglage bleibt die Wohnung schon kühl. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen großen Grill. Der Strand mit Bar [&] Restaurant ist in 5-10min zu fuß erreichbar. Der Standort eignet sich auch hervorragend für ausflüge in die Umgebung wie z.B. Paklenica, Insel Pag, Tulove grede, ..... Wir waren 10Tage hier und konnen die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war sehr sauber und großzügig. Sogar im Kühlschrank waren GetrAnke und es fehlte uns an nichts.Grosses Bad und tolle Terasse mitMeerblick- was will man mehr.Marina hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen.
