Welcome to Holiday House Polaca! Our holiday house offers accommodation for up to 10 people and features four cozy bedrooms, a beautiful pool, and a large balcony. This 175 m² property is located in the holiday village of Polaca. Whether you want to explore the surroundings as a family or a small group, our holiday home is the perfect choice. Polaca is a lovely house surrounded by lush greenery with many shady spots to relax. Two of the four comfortable bedrooms have double beds, and the other two each have two single beds. Both bathrooms feature refreshing showers and beautiful tiling. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining table that offers plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably. Outside, a large pool with sun loungers and a seating area invites you to unwind. Prepare Dalmatian specialties on the stone grill and enjoy them together at the covered dining table. Relax on the Hollywood swing and enjoy a good book. For your comfort, both floors are equipped with air conditioning. The holiday house also includes a free double garage. Pets are allowed upon request. Our accommodation is ideally situated for families with children, countryside lovers, motorcyclists, nature enthusiasts, cyclists, groups, seniors, and anyone looking to enjoy a beach or pool holiday, as well as hiking and walking. The nearest shops are about 600 meters away, easily reachable on foot. The town center is approximately 2.5 km from the house. The beach is around 9 km away, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. A national park nearby is ideal for hiking and nature walks, offering an opportunity to experience unspoiled nature and wildlife up close. There are numerous bike trails in the area, leading through beautiful landscapes. Motorcyclists will also find many winding routes to explore. The house is also perfect for groups, providing plenty of space and a quiet location. For seniors, the single-level access and nearby walking paths make it a comfortable choice. On hot days, you can refresh and relax in the pool, which is especially great for families and anyone preferring a beach holiday. Overall, Holiday House Polaca offers an ideal location for those seeking peace and relaxation as well as for those who enjoy outdoor activities. Distance to airport: approx. 35 km.
