The house can be found in a small village of Polaca. It is located in a quiet and calm neighborhood. Whether you wish to sit by the fire on the grill or sip on a cold drink by the pool, the relaxation is guaranteed. This gorgeous and newly decorated house consists of two floors. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen with a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the second floor is one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds and two bathrooms. There is also a gorgeous terrace which can be accessed through the living room with access to the pool and the grill house. The guests have access to the pool, grill and the surroundings of the house. I give my guests space but am available when needed. The city of Zadar has a vast and rich heritage, most of which dates back to the Roman Empire. The Old Town of Zadar was modeled on a typical roman city structure, built around the city square called the Forum and the church of st. Donat. There are also a couple of famous moder-day monuments like the award winning Sea Organs, or the ‘’Monument to the Sun’’. The city of Zadar is the cultural center of the region, so there are always numerous manifestations and events for you to enjoy. Numerous parks and places with untouched nature can be found in the vicinity. National parks, with rich flora and fauna, and rivers with crystal clear water ideal for rafting. The spectacular mountain range protected by the National park ''Paklenica'' (cca.35km) offers beautiful hiking,jogging and cycling trails, as well as numerous places for rock climbing and bungee jumping. You can also ''follow in the footsteps'' of the movie ''Winnetou'' which was filmed in Paklenica. The 89 karst islands, islets and reefs of the National park Kornati, often reffered to as ''nautical paradise'' can be reached with a one-day boat ride from Zadar or Biograd. Prostředí, klid, chvíle u bazénu. Vše v dojezdové vzdálenosti pár minut - moře, obchody. Kousek od domu prodej ovoce a zeleniny. Hostitelé velice příjemní. Pan nosil domácí olivový olej, zeleninu, příjemné, nikoli dlouhé, popovídání. Vše bylo čisté. Nechybělo nám naprosto nic. Nechtělo se nám domů.
