Welcome to Villa Zrmanja! Our villa accommodates up to 10 people and features five cozy bedrooms, surrounded by beautiful nature and a large pool. This 220 sqm accommodation is named after the Zrmanja River, which here flows directly into the Adriatic Sea, and is located in Krusevo. Whether you are a family with children or a group looking to explore the natural surroundings, our villa is the ideal choice. Villa Zrmanja is a beautiful property surrounded by picturesque nature and many shady spots to relax. Three bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, while the other two bedrooms each have two cozy single beds. All five bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and stylish tiles. The spacious living area with an integrated kitchen impresses with its elegant atmosphere, muted colors, and tasteful interior design. Outside, you will find a large heated pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a Hollywood swing that invites you to unwind. A large dining table under the pergola and in front of the built-in grill area offers the perfect setting for relaxed barbecue evenings by the pool, where you can try preparing Dalmatian specialties. Additionally, there is a large balcony with seating areas, offering a wonderful view of the Velebit mountain range. The villa is located close to the Zrmanja River as well as the Starigrad-Paklenica National Park. For your comfort, air conditioning is installed in all five bedrooms and the living area. Dit is een geweldige woning op een zeer rustgevende locatie. Voorzien van alle gemakken en zeer schoon. We waren de eerste huurders en hebben er erg van genoten, de eigenaar en familie hebben zelfs nog eten voor ons bereid op de bbq. Dat hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt! In de nabije omgeving kun je wat korte wandelingen maken en genieten van het ruige landschap. Er staan wat oude gebouwen in de buurt maar die zijn onbewoond. Je hebt dus alle privacy. Sime en familie nogmaals bedankt voor alle goede zorgen! (Dies ist ein tolles Zuhause in einer sehr entspannenden Lage. ausgestattet mit allen annehmlichkeiten und sehr sauber. Wir waren die ersten Mieter und haben es sehr genossen, der Besitzer und die Familie haben sogar Essen auf dem Grill für uns zubereitet. Das haben wir noch nie erlebt! In der nAoheren Umgebung konnen Sie kurze SpaziergAonge unternehmen und die raue Landschaft genieAYen. Es gibt einige alte GebAoude in der Gegend, die jedoch unbewohnt sind. Sie haben also absolute PrivatsphAore. Nochmals vielen Dank an Sime und Familie für die gute Betreuung!)
