The apartment was new, modern, and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed – even orange juice in the fridge waiting for our arrival! The host was incredibly kind and caring, always making sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is about a 40-minute walk from the city center and 20–30 minutes from the beaches. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back. Yuri’s kindness and the way she looked after us made our stay truly memorable!

Very nice, new and clean apartment, ideal for a small family or friends. 3 minute walk to small supermarket, baker, atm and “summer shop”. 10 minute walk to one beach, 15 minutes to Marina, 20 minutes to old city and 30 minutes to a sandy beach. Nothing that was not described, but a bit long to walk everyday.
The host Josip was very helpful with setting up contact with Vjera who lives upstairs, as we arrived late in the evening. She was very sweet, helpful and welcoming towards us. Our best recommendation. Thank you for a nice stay.

Dawno ale to dawno nie trafiliśmy na tak sympatycznych ludzi jak Vjera. Przecudowna osoba, która zaopiekowała się nami jak we własnym domu. Apartament posiadał wszystko od ręczników plażowych aż po schodzone napoje w lodówce z owocami. Jak będziemy się w przyszłości wybiegać to Zadaru to na pewno tu wrócimy! Place itself:
Very clean and quite spacious. It could comfortably fit 4 people. It had a LOT of amenities which made our stay quite homey and enjoyable. All the furniture was comfortable and the balcony had good views!
Location:
It’s a 20-25 minute walk to the old city and 10-15 minute walk to the closest beach, so not bad! It was a quiet area and we felt very safe. There’s a market and bakery right next to the place so it was very convenient. There’s also many restaurants that are on the street within a 5-10 minute walk of the place.
Hostess:
The hostess is a very wonderful and kind lady! Whenever we got to the apartment she showed us how everything worked and was open to being contacted if we had any questions. My friend hurt her foot on the beach and we asked if the Airbnb had bandaids and she peronsally delivered us some! She also gave us many welcoming gifts like juice and coffee pods. She also gave us local recommendatio
We loved both Catherine and Kaitlin as our guests, they were very respectful, polite an kept everything nice and clean. We can recommend them to other hosts and we would love to see them as our guests again some time.
Es war super! Es wurde für uns als willkommens Geschenk eingekauft ( Obst, Kaffee, Bier,….). Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat bei jegelichen Fragen schnell geholfen. Wir kommen aufjedenfall nochmal.

Alloggio in condizioni perfette, moderno e ben curato. L’host è stato molto disponibile e amichevole e ci siamo trovati molto bene.
La casa non è centralissima e andare a piedi in centro risulta essere un po’ lungo, ma comunque è molto comodo se si viene in macchina in quanto ci sono servizi e grandi supermercati a pochi minuti.

Es war ein unfassbar schöner Aufenthalt. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und konnten uns in der schönen Unterkunft direkt wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Es ist 5 Minuten vom Meer weg und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Wir würden jedes Mal wieder kommen.

Der Aufenthalt bei Josip und Vjera hat uns super gefallen. Schon beim Check in hat man gesehen was einem erwartet:
Eine super saubere schöne Wohnung die für jeden was hat. Vjera ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin gewesen und hat uns alles gezeigt. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat um alles gesorgt. Plus Punkte gibt es weil sie extra für uns einen Grill gekauft hat damit wir am Abend grillen konnten. Sie hat uns jeden Wunsch ermöglicht und die Wohnung war sehr sauber und makellos. Wenn ich wieder nach Zadar kommen würde, würde ich genau diese Wohnung noch einmal buchen.

The apartment is well located and is a short walk from Old Town. There is free parking nearby. The apartment was stocked with beers, water and juice and hot drinks and some fruit and snacks. There is air conditioning in all rooms. There kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils including a coffee machine and a sandwich toaster. Jiosip is very warm person who it is easy to like. This is an ideal base to explore Zadar. There is a supermarket and bakery a short walk away and a local bar about 700 metres away. The aoartment is very clean and modern.

We had a wonderful vacation in the city of Zadar, staying in these apartments — and I must say, it was truly amazing!
Everything was perfect and comfortable — we felt completely at home.
The apartment is very cozy: the kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is new and spotless.
We were delighted by the attention to detail — a coffee maker, toiletries, a dishwasher… everything is thoughtfully arranged so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about anything.
The location is excellent — a quiet neighborhood of Zadar, just a 5-minute walk to the seafront.
And most importantly — the Croatian hospitality! People here are incredibly cheerful and kind; they always greet you with a smile, a kind word, and usually something tasty 😊
Mrs. Vera was so lovely and caring — we truly felt like parting with family when we left.
